We did have the switch to the big family suite because it it first room was too small for our family of 4. The new room was so spacious and comfortable!

We booked a one night stay here before heading to Disneyland with our toddler. Great warm welcome from the team in reception. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the travel cot was in great condition. Their sustainable initiatives such as water fountains at the lift areas are a great touch. The bathroom was large and great to have separate toilet. I'd definitely recommend for location next to the train station. Didn't eat In the hotel so can't comment on that.

The room was clean and always well cleaned by the staff while we were out. Great cappuccinos and food available all night. The location is a bit further from metros than other spots but that's reflected in the price. Our spare bed was squeaky but that's a minor annoyance. Overall a great stay!
