The bed was poorly made, the room smelt and the duvet had stains on it. For the amount of money I paid to stay there I am truely disgusted

didn't realised how budget the hotel was. no lift so was offered ground floor as we had suitcases with us and physically unable to carry suitcases up flights of stairs as both of us has had shoulder surgery. Room tight but ok. Was clean. Felt like I was having a shower in our caravan. Would have been nice to have flannels to wash with as there was only liquid soap.
