The room wasn't cleaned and all of resources wasn't changed and until this moment the invoice wasn't sent to Customer, therefore, more 1 week after the check out.

As always, there is no water in the minibar. The breakfast is extremely simple. They don't issue the invoice right away and I have to keep calling asking them to send it to me.
