Sou cliente Ibis há muito tempo. Essa é a primeira vez que não fiquei satisfeito. Paguei uma diária com café da manhã (12/07 a 13/07). Cheguei ao hotel antecipadamente (7h do dia 12/07)) e iria sair às 18h do mesmo dia. Como não ia tomar o café que estava incluso na minha diária, perguntei se podia tomar o café no dia da minha chegada. o hotel não permitiu e tive que pagar um outro café. A questão não é o valor, mas a falta de flexibilidade da administração. Também não foi permitida a antecipação do check-in, somente a antecipação padrão às 11h. Resumindo, o atendimento foi muito rígido não tendo sido feito nada além para deixar o cliente satisfeito.
