We were very satisfied with our stay here. It was our honeymoon and we were only there for 3 nights but the room was nice and the staff was friendly. It looked like a deodorizing powder had been sprinkled on the carpet near the bed and never vacuumed up but otherwise the rooms were very clean. The staff was so kind and offered great recommendations and were helpful when we needed an extra duvet sent to the room. This location is very close to the Aldgate East tube station and a short walk from the Aldgate tube station for the days that there’s maintenance happening at Aldgate East preventing trains from coming in. We had no problem getting around and felt safe in the area. It was right next to a Tesco which was super convenient when we needed some water or snacks. The bar and restaurant downstairs was also fantastic. I’d stay here again

Internet in the room didn’t work for x2 days told the checkin dark on night one nothing was done upon my return on day 2 disappointing considering a stay there a lot..

This hotel is within easy reach of Spitalfields, Liverpool Street, Aldgate and the City of London. Just on the boarder of Aldgate and Whitechapel, with loads of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The Breakfast is generally good and there's a wide range of food to choose from. The bar is well stocked for a late night drink and the service is excellent. My only "gripe" is that there is nowhere to hang jackets/coats in the room, other than over the back of a chair or on the back of the bathroom door. This is ok if you are only staying a couple of days, as you can use the hangers in the open wardrobe area but, if like me you tend to stay for 3/4 days at a time, there isn't usually any spare hanging room. Not the end of the world, but something to think about. Also the Wi-Fi tends to drop out quite a lot. All-in-all, a very convenient and nice place to stay.

Upon arriving the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. It makes you feel welcome. Rooms are big enough for a stay in London. Sheets could have been cleaner though, as they were stained. Breakfast is your typical hotel buffet.
