Overall the stay was great! Guest service staff were knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. Staff was kind with recommendations, directions and reservations. The housekeeping, gym, bar staff were all fantastic as well. I wish we had time for the spa during our stay. Ryan was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. The were other people whose names I can’t recall who were very helpful and friendly. If visiting London again would absolutely stay here.

I enjoyed my stay. I would have liked automatic turndown service, as I always forgot to request it. My room was exactly as in the internet pictures, so I was happy I was in the room that I expected. The staff were attentive and very polite. The room was very clean. I had the included breakfast. One improvement would be more selections, I didn’t realize it would be a smaller menu than the pay as you go menu. I only had the included breakfast for half of the days I was there, so next time, I do the pay as you go menu. Additionally, it would be great if the breakfast didn’t end at 10.30 and was extended to 11 a.m. for those of us who are jet-lagged and need a bit of a sleep in. Otherwise, a great hotel, and a great stay. I’m happy to recommend the Mondrian London Shoreditch to my friends and family.

The Superior Room (where i stayed) was quite nice and comfortable.

We stayed at the Mondrian for a week and our trip was a mix of business and sightseeing. Our suite was the perfect size and gave us some room to spread out - the steam shower was the best!! I haven't found a nicer bathroom and I travel all the time. The staff at the hotel were all helpful and welcoming and even checked on us when our flight was delayed over 4 hours. Nice touches like champagne, fruit and cake when we arrived. Finally, the location was ideal and close to great restaurants - easy point to catch an Uber and get to the sights in London. Thank you for a lovely week - we will be back!
