Almost everything was fine. But the view from the window was cemetery so it can be a problem to someone. Also entrance is hard to find, different than on website photos. Toilets are not in every room, but there is toilet at same floor. It shouldn't be a problem but it should be cleaned more often. But anyway it's a good place to stay especially with low budget.

This Hotel is absolute nightmare avoid at all costs. Reasons(starting from worst): 1-Bedbugs-Switched rooms and every room had bed bugs. Solid Proof with video, and pictures. Unfortunately, bed bugs reviews has been there from 2018 and they still didn't treat it after 5 years. That means they left them on purpose and steal your money for condensending service and then donot give a refund if you wanna cancel the remaining nights.They know bed bugs exist but they just don't want to treat it. 2-Unsafe area- area around is filled with homeless people and drunk men. If you are a girl especially you cannot stay here under any circumstances. 3-Very dirty- matrices are very dirty and stained all over, wood is never cleaned (aside that bed bugs live in the wood), bathrooms have hairs on the grounds and are not cleaned. 4-Room- the room is very small and its design is very uncomfortable. The pictures that are advertised do not meet the expectation. 5-Noise- you can hear everything that happens outside your room and especially elevator noise. It is better to invest your money in a better hotel even if you pay more. This mistake will cost you a fortune on bed bug infestation possibly transfering to your home and may cost you being in danger of theft outside the hotel.

Because of its cheap price, I won’t recommend you to expect too much from this hotel. But I would say if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Paris, this is the one to go. In general it’s very clean and the reception it’s 24h. Everyday there will be someone to clean the room and breakfast is optional( $6.5 per each but mot recommended unless you don’t have time or too tired)

Hotel was a good budget hotel. We paid £190 for a family room with en suite for two nights. Thu 29 to Sat 31 December which we thought was a reasonable price. Room was clean and tidy. Wasn’t huge, but there was enough space. The room was divided in two sections with a tv and a window in each section. One side had a sink/mirror in the room, the other had the en suite. The en-suite was particularly tiny with the shower right beside the toilet. There was no space in the bathroom to get changed or dried, you would have to use the bedroom. Rooms were quite hot, we turned the heaters off but this didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was offered for an additional €4.30 per person. It wasn’t the best breakfast I ever had, however, you won’t get anything cheaper in Paris, and was quite sufficient to set us up before heading out. Cereals, bread, toast and yogurt are offered along with hot drinks and fruit juice. The hotel is quite a way from the city centre, which isn’t normally an issue for us. However, had I researched better before booking I’d have realised that any of the main tourist sports or the city centre was at least two metro changes away. Which is far from ideal. We ended up getting Ubers. I would stay here again for the price and quality, though in reality if I visit Paris again we would book somewhere that was more accessible to the attractions.

Hello , I booked the hotel with this booking number from 10.12.2022 to 13.12.2022. I twisted my feet today and I asked the reception just for a wheel chair. The first reply answer from him was : “ how could I get that for you !” The date is 12.12.2022 . It was a very rude and arrogant and unrespectful answer. I can’t accept that. I felt that he is very unprofessional and very rude to me . I feel very dissatisfied and sad. I asked the his name , he declined to tell me , and he threatened me to call the police . The address which I am living is : 23, Ave de la Porte de Châtillon, 75014 PARIS - FRANCE I will post all the worst comments in instagram , Facebook as well as Twitter and will also spread my bad experience with your reception people, who worked in the night of 12.12.2022 from 20:00 to 22:00 . I hope that ur group or manager could handle this unfaire behaviour correctly to your customs
