The hotel is ok! It is value for money but I feel like even for a budget Hotel it doesn’t really offer a lot. Upon check in I was told that my room wasn’t ready at 14:15pm, so waited around for an hour, and then got into my room. I knew I had paid for a shared bathroom but no one explained where everything is I had to ask the receptionist to explain what floor my room is on and then wonder around aimlessly in the corridors to find the shower/toilets. No towels! Why wouldn’t you offer towels I don’t get it? Found it hard to dry hands / mouth after brushing teeth in my room as I only brought one towel. Reception staff didn’t really make me feel welcome, very poor English. Check out is 12 so that’s a bonus. No keys for the room it’s a code - if your forgetful like me, I had to take my code to the shower with me 🤣 Just feel like everything was a faff in the hotel, like even going to the toilet was a faff. Beds are comfy to be honest and maybe I’m just being picky. Location is easily reachable on the metro, about a 20-30 min ride into centre.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, got shouted at during check in due to an error made with booking, offered to pay to fix it and was still shouted at. Room was extremely small, the bathrooms don't have enough space to dry yourself after a shower. Asked for extra towels and were told no, the tiny hand towels we got were the only ones we were allocated. These werent changed on our second day even. Poor location also, taxi had to drop us off on the side of the road, while the walk to the door was short, it was still difficult considering we were dragging kids and luggage with us. No air conditioning. Unhelpful staff. Genuinely happy to just have a bed to sleep on normally when travelling with kids, as most of the time we are out and exploring the city we are visiting, however we dreaded going back to this place both nights. We could hear the rooms beside us, above us, all the noise outside all night. And additionally the kids have sore back and shoulders from the mini beds that were so hard, plus half a pillow each. Very uncomfortable, very unhelpful staff, poor location, which in hindsight we possibly could have got a better location and paid less on taxis in and out of the area. Didn't even feel safe in this hotel by night. Avoid at all costs

Where do I start? The location is not really convenient actually, not close to metro stations so would not be ideal for visiting Paris as tourists. The room could be quite hot but you wouldn't want to open the window if you are located on the roadside as it will be noisy. The cleanliness was also below average and the shared shower room was disgusting. The staff was not really great and helpful. And the worse is you still have to pay quite an expensive tariff for that kind of standard. Would not recommend it at all.

Hi! The neighborhood is a bit dark, it doesn’t look the best, but basically there was no problem with it. The English language skills of the staff were unfortunately not the best, however they were very kind and helpful in everything. We were able to keep our place for multiple changes, they are incredibly flexible. The room itself was renovated, clean and modern, but for some reason it still made me feel very cheap and depressing, I can’t tell you why. The view of a cemetery is strange, but it didn’t really bother me personally. Neighbors were a bit noisy, probably athletes, one night as if they were holding an exorcism for the demon. It was both funny and scary. Breakfast is pretty cheap, baguette, bread, butter, jam, nutella and muesli. Drinks and that's it. It was little but otherwise particularly delicious, especially the baguette and butter. It wasn't the best, but I didn't regret it. :)

I want to say thanks for the assistance from the Receptionf of the Hotel, for the birthday surprise for my girlfriend. Green staff . For me 10/10 Good structure and good price i reccomend it Thanks you again
