The staff was so much kind, the breakfast was delicious, and clean was so good. But it could be better on something, such as the TV service that failed sometimes, the card of door, also failed sometimes, but in general it was so good.

Ibis Brasil is on a wonderful level. Ibis Maringá is nota different, Good and clean. If some renovating is in mind... will be amazing!! Breakfast ...it is a little dirt tables, but that is ok.

My friend and I booked two rooms and stayed at the hotel for a friends graduation Sarah Moni. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were excellent and helpful. The rooms were clean and large and I had a comfortable bed. The only challenge was that the air conditioning at times did not seem to be as strong as I needed.

When I finally opened the room assigned to me after the check-in I found out it was messy. So I had to ask for another one. The new one had a stuck window which wouldn´t open. This was resolved at day 2.
