From our first reception to final return of keys the Puka Park Resort team were a pleasure to interact with - competent, courteous and warm. The resort facilities are pitched perfectly to the location - heated pool, spa pool, sauna, tennis, log fires etc and even table-tennis…… we enjoyed them all. Lounge and bar, restaurant ambience & menus, resort architecture all pitched perfectly to the hotel brand and location on the edge of massive forests.

I must express that all of our concerns were dealt with promptly, and professionally. Unfortunately we had problems with bad damp smells in our first choice of cabin and the restaurant quality and service were below the standard they advertise.
