Lovely hotel with friendly staff and great meals. People need to know hotel is on the side of a hill and quite steep to get to rooms and carpark, but staff are always offering to pick you up or drop you to your room in the golf buggy. Outdoor seating on balconies in rooms need updating as they are very uncomfortable.

Great stay with everything you need. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Amenities are perfect and just what you need, pool, sauna, spa and gym. Breakfast and dinner were amazing too.

From arrival to leaving we had a great time and the opportunity to stick around after check out and still be able to use the facilities like the pool is a great idea and something that none of the others where I have stayed offer so well done to this team. I would certainly recommend to other to stay at the grand mecure with is relaxing villas nestled amongst the native trees.

Everything was lovely. We were given the requested rooms and beds were set up as required. It's been eight years since our last visit, but the property still seemed to have been well maintained, although some areas probably need some minor attention such as the shower area near the pool. Some extra push bikes might be good too, but after talking to staff, I understand why there is a limited number of bikes. It would have been good to have a bike suitable for younger kids, as it happens the smallest one was ok for one child, but not the other. We would have liked it if the fridge had, had a proper freezer section. I know there is limited space, but being able to keep some perishables frozen would have been good. Heated floor in the entrance and bathroom was great. One thing I missed was the breakfast menu. (Loved the pancakes and bacon) The buffet breakfast was reasonable. The menu for a la carte dining was good, but incredibly limited for kids. We did enjoy some awesome meals though. This is still one of our favourite places to visit and we will be back again. The kids loved the pool and the staff were incredibly good with them too. We had a very enjoyable holiday.
