Staff were nice but not proactive - walking past plates on tables and not asking anyone if they want more drinks etc. I know we’re in a more rural setting but the service level for an Accor was not really there. The breakfast was lackluster and the rooms were ok. I’d suggest offering to run guest to their room and show them the amenities. We at at the hotel for dinner once and had breakfast - dinner was average but dinner in town was great! Terrific setting and nice to have the pool and hot tub. A nice stay but honest feedback above. Finally you need recharge stations - not just a plug made for golf carts.

Comfortable chalets, but the hills can be challenging and the carpark is generally a walk away. Lovely surroundings and a nice town. Surprisingly that there was minimal recycling effort by the resort.

All the staff were so lovely and helpful. We were there for our anniversary and so many lovely touches were made like welcoming* card with chocolate, special desert made, towels set out in shape of a heart on the bed etc. Special mention must go to Simon. Puka park are lucky to have him. Great personality, efficient and all round super nice guy.

The concept of villas nestled in the mountain is fabulous and rather unique type of accomodation. The villa size is great. Unfortunately the whole complex it is very run down, and needs a really good clean especially the restaurant/lounge area. Furniture was old and dirty. Coffee table was filthy, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and window sill had about a dozen dead flies with mini bugs circulating around (noticed all this waiting for a coffee).
