Beautiful outlook

We had been 5 years ago and it was perfect. Our family gave us 2 nights as an anniversary present. We had chalet 22 which as soon as we entered we saw the tiles with big long cracks and carpet worn so it was coming apart from the tiles and the worst ever pull down bed. We both have very bad backs , terrible nights and for the price disgusting as we were told there was no other mattress available . Really extremely disappointed it is supposed to be luxury and I have rental houses in much better conditions. I would be embarrassed if I had purchased that as a treat for someone and our children were quite upset to find out about it. We were told it would be upgraded in 2 years. Why still the top price? That is not good enough. Bitterly sad for our children spending the money on a supposed high end. All amenities appear tired and run down and need attention now.
