The location and surroundings were lovely, but steep walks to our room, and lack of bar or restaurant/room service throughout the day made it fall short of resort standard accommodation. The buffet breakfast was also disappointing with very undercooked inedible scrambled eggs and no offer of other cooked options.

Pure relaxation and being one with nature. Good facilities like bikes, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, table tennis, tennis (fencing needs to be repaired as you keep losing balls under the fence!). Staff also very helpful.

The rooms were fabulous and beds extremely comfortable as usual. Have stayed here many times over many years and I would have to say the customer service by all the staff was the best I think we've ever experienced here. The food was incredible in Miha restaurant and we particularly want to compliment Simon our server ,every evening, on his attention to detail, seamless service and friendly personality. You certainly don’t cone to Puka Park for the good. It was underwhelming in more ways than 1!!! Fish served with NO lemon - Whar??? No garnish Amit was shades of beige. Pasta was some that could have been maracay more love at home, no tasty and the of bit of chicken/salami scared through it

Noticed the underfloor heating seemed to stay on all the time in room 20 could not turn it off made the rom too hot. Room 21 it came on a. off at weird times. Disappointed at 7:30am Saturday the coffee machine was not going also Friday 11am asked for two coffees was told sorry coffee machine was not available. Guy leaf blowed the driveway Saturday morning when wife was trying to sleep including around our unit should have been done in afternoon.

Quiet adjoined chalets in an heightened evergreen setting to relax and reset. Great Breakfast choices. Shared heated pool, and spa. Bicycle offered for a downhill thrill into town centre. Active little town. Mecure Bar closes early so get in quick.
