Lovely room although a little dated, no USB ports which was fustrating Breakfast range was ok. we got there at 830 and all "hot" food, eggs, bacon etc were quite cold so unedible Nice to have a seperate lounge and fire and we wanted to sit there and have an after dinner drink but showing rugby league on a very big screen made it feel like a sports bar so we left early

Fantastic stay, Dani and the waiter with the One Piece tattoo were particularly helpful during our stay, very kind and answered all our questions. Dani was kind enough to remember our names when we came in on consecutive days for breakfast. A young blonde woman at the front desk was also kind enough to call up and reserve us a table when we first arrived, which was 4 minutes after seating technically ended at the restaurant, thanks to her we had a fantastic meal when we first arrived after a long drive.

We always have a great time here and been great in the past . We booked for 3 couples this time celebrating 2 50th bdays Unfortunately , our 2 chalets together had a major plumbing / sewage issue and we had to relocate rooms which was a pain in the ass and split us all up :(

We had a wonderful stay overall. We booked two nights, enjoyed dinner both evenings, and had breakfast twice — everything was amazing and we felt genuinely spoiled. The hospitality was outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for better service. However, the room itself didn’t meet the same standard. The carpet was quite worn, the walls weren’t soundproof so we could hear everything from the neighboring room, and the shower-over-bath with a curtain wasn’t ideal as water ended up all over the floor. The deck dividers would benefit from being fully enclosed for privacy. The bed was also very uncomfortable and definitely needs replacing.

A few tips to make the stay perfect: -freshen up the guest room (room smelt musky/mouldy, whereas outside smelt fresh and clean -open fire should have been on each night in the main lounge room (we were told by staff on seperate occassions that they didn't have any wood) -breakfast offerings need to be much bettet (buffet had terrible hot food, the pastries were horrible, and staff made you feel that asking for eggs to be freshly cooked was too difficult)
