We choose Ibis Salamanca because it has secure underground parking, welcomes our dog, includes an excellent breakfast, and is perfectly situated, both within Salamanca (close to the park and a short walk from the Plaza Mayor) and with regard to our journey from Santander down to Andalucia. This is our sixth year staying here and we shall be back next year. Thank you to all the welcoming staff. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, except the room. The staff were extremely helpful, and facilities and location great. But the room had a damp smell, decor was in need of a refresh and in general felt grubby.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, opposite the park which was convenient for our dog. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Convenient parking (free on street outside hotel)Overall good value. The only negative- no information in room (WiFi connection & breakfast time). Staff were always busy which affected service at times. More staff needed.

the room was far too hot. the principal objective of any hotel stay is a good night sleep. The air conditioning was working because it was "winter time". this result was that my wife, daughter and me, all slept very very badly. as a platinum member, I wouldn´t stay there again because of this and would be reluctant to recommend it. The location was great and so were the staff
