Check in was nice, visiting for husband’s birthday where they were organising a bottle of wine and chocolate which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive with it possibly going to another room with checking in the next morning the team organised it to arrive which made my husbands birthday. Service for club room was sublime. Best club lounge we have experienced for a while with A+ service, was nice to have drinks served unlike some other 5 star hotel services we have gone to. The selection for food for club lounge service was wonderful , really felt relaxing and so impressed me that I made book an addition 2 separate visits for special events.

My partner and I stayed there to be able to enjoy the Vivid Festival, the hotel was so well located, especially now with the new Metro which is a couple of minutes walk. Absolutely loved it

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good and our room was comfortable. The gym was very good. Unfortunately, our check-in was not satisfactory. On arrival at around 2:30 pm we were told that our room wasn't ready and that check-in time was 4:00 pm. We were told that we would be sent an SMS when the room was ready. We waited in the lobby, watching other guests arrive and being checked in. At 4:00 pm, no message had been received so we asked another staff member when our room would be ready. This staff member told us that check-in time was 3:00 pm. Our room still wasn't ready but this staff member arranged another room for us and told us our luggage would be sent up directly. After waiting more than half an hour, we rang reception to let them know we were still waiting. The luggage arrived soon after.
