We request every time for a room at the front near lift. We're disabled at got a room a the back and couldn't walk back to reception to change it. We have been coming to you for 9-10 years. Never again.

I stayed in room 320 at the IBIS Northampton. The window did not close properly. The handle which controls opening, closing and locking of the window was broken. It had been forced at some point. It was a cold night and there was a cold draft. I mentioned this to staff when leaving the hotel and they made a note. The disappointing aspect is that I stayed in the same room in Summer and mentioned to staff that the window did not close because the handle was broken. Months later nothing had been done.
