Stayed at the Ibis in Sol Central for a midweek work excursion. The hotel has overnight parking within the complex at £8 which you must pay for on foot prior to departure in the car park itself. Car park a little tricky to find (up a turnoff just before the hotel if approaching with the hotel on your left). Head to the basement level where there is direct access to the Reception. Alternatively you can walk through the nearby shopping centre then onto the street to get there. Check in was ok and there is a bar area. Elevator to all floors. The rooms are nothing special, but quite spacious and a window that opens although beware traffic noise on the lower floors. The room was clean but a little ‘tired’ unfortunately and bed seemed a bit soft. Excellent shower though and free soaps, plus tea & coffee. Lighting was fine in the room and wifi was fast. Checkout nice and simple (key drop). Had I been paying for the experience (>£100) I would have been very disappointed but it was a business trip. If I was going for a social event I would avoid staying here wherever possible and search out a Premier Inn or similar.
