The ibis was perfectly located for our visit to the university, just a few mins walk from the train station. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking available right on site (pay separately). I would stay there again if visiting Northampton again.

Check in was simple and the member of staff was polite and prompt. I arrived to my room. Was sad to see no mugs or cups for a hot drink or even a cold drink. No bath in the room and not enough towels. I would have preferred to have been allocated a room around other single People or couples for a quieter setting. So if I was to stay again I’d ask for a room specifically away from families.

Staff very friendly and helpful....staircase dirty...nothing more than a concrete tunnel up to the room..looked more like an entrance to a derelict tower block than a hotel. Really needs to be decorated and carpeted...very depressing. No tea making facilities in room No letter bin in room..left litter in black bag on floor. Most of your staff were very pleasant, 1 Staff member acted as though they were giving away personal possessions when asked for milk, right hand lift stopping about 3" above 2nd floor, Fortunately I was alone when I discovered this problem as my Wife's in a Wheelchair and could very well have been tipped out and Injured, We found it very difficult Finding our way into the Hotel due to road works, Could have placed a couple of signs to assist Visitors, Some visitors inconsiderate Drinking and noisy, All other Complex members have concessions for parking Ibis doesn't Attending our Grandson's Wedding on 4th/9/20.

Up all night with guest shouting up and down corridor till gone 5am and stunk of marijuana Room too hot so had window open all night so had people outside shouting and talking For two person stay had one set towels a hand towel and one body Not the best experience sorry

No cooked breakfast available, just a continental breakfast in a bag. We were told they could provide an evening meal but when we asked in the early evening we were told that was not the case. Asked about alternative options and was told we could try the restaurant across the road but they'd never used it. Fortunately because I had walked around the Sol Centre where the hotel was located, trying to find it, I had already noticed a Caddy Shack restaurant. It was just burgers and hot dogs but any port in a storm and actually the food was very good. The Ibis is difficult to find if you don't know Northampton and my satnav didn't help much. Room was basic but adequate and provided my disabled wife with the necessary facilities that we had requested. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. All in all not a very good experience. The staff were polite and reasonably helpful but we won't be using it again.

Horrible experience in your hotel . I was in 241 the radiator was not working and when we complained at the reception they gave us another room heater(big heavy one ) and I had to carry till our room . Is this the way you treat your guest in your hotel ??? asking them to carry the heater till there room !!
