I would like to leave a review about the hotel ibis Bratislava Centrum, which this time is not positive. We had booked a room for two nights (PSNDGZFS), but considering that the room did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality, we had to cancel the second night and look for accommodation in another hotel. I will clarify that the window sills were dusty, the sheets were wrinkled and dirty, also floor was dirty and there was bed smell in the room. Until now, we were loyal to IBIS standards, but this time we were disappointed with what we experienced. Please pass on our feedback to the hotel so that improvements can be made to the cleanliness level in the future. Thank you in advance! WBR, Pro Vape
