We loved everything about our stay her at Novotel, our only negative would have been the hotel rooms were so hot especially at night even when the air conditioning was on. Many other guests said the same, unfortunately this made it harder to sleep well. Otherwise everything else was fine

Conveniently located for CHIO, but room very hot

Stayed at this hotel to attend CHIO Aachen. The shuttles leaves from a few meters away so that was very easy. The A/C in the room was very average and overnight each night the room became uncomfortably hot, even though the A/C was set as low as possible. This made the stay quite uncomfortable.
