This property shares with Novotel Amsterdam airport the unique feature to not recognise the ALL benefits as they are published on the Accor page/app. This creates awkward situations where neither the guests nor the property benefit. According to the staff of this hotel, Diamond members are not entitled to free breakfast on the weekend in Europe. This feature applies only in Asia. They went to a great length to open the page of a folder claiming they had just completed a training about it. I trust Accor will inform all its members very soon about this change. In the end I denied their offer for the free breakfast, I would have preferred to pay for it. Either it is a benefit or it is not. I have also preferred not to claim the free drink, the situation had already became awkward enough. I appreciated a lot that they went to a great length allowing us to check-in earlier which made it for everything else, together with the ample and free parking lot. The upgrade was unavailable (we checked in too early and all privilege rooms they were still occupied) but the early check-in is a wonderful upgrade by itself.

In any case, I personally checked your reservation, and I can confirm that our team did offer breakfast at no charge as a gesture of recognition of your status. Regarding the welcome drink, we apologise if it was not clearly explained that it was available in your ALL app. We will reinforce this information with our Front Office team to ensure better communication in the future. As for the room upgrade, while a Privilege room was unfortunately not available at the time of your early arrival, we did apply an upgrade compared to the room type originally booked: your reservation was for a twin room, and we assigned you a double room instead, in line with your preferences. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the early check-in and our free and ample parking, and we thank you for acknowledging the efforts of our team. We stayed from 24 to 26 October 2025. The drlivery of services was a solutely below par. If i could rate below 1 star, i would have. On our sevond night there, whilst taking a shower, the water in the toilet turned ice cold about 1 minute after I started showering. Nothing i tried could change the water temperature back to warm. I approached the reception about the issue but was told that the hotel was full and there are no technicians around. No attempt was taken to verify the cold water. The reaction from the reception gives me the impression that this is a normal occurance in the hotel. We showered in cold water that night! The maintenance at Novotel Malpensa must be a touch and go style to produce such essential service. I have stayed in Novotel Hotels before but have never encountered such experience. I guess the standards have changed. And so hss my opinion of Novotel Hotels. Caveat emptor!

Good stay, pleasant and helpful staff. Good to have luggage carts right at the entrance. The bathroom featuires a bathtub w/o shower curtains, and no separate shower. For many people with even mild mobility issues, this is a 'health & safety' issue, as moving In and out of the Bathtub, and potentially facing a wet and slippery floor spells problems!
