Seems difficult to charge food and drinks to my room even with a pre authorisation. As a business traveller I need an iron in my room. I don’t expect to take my shirts to the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable and I like this idea of abolishing water bottles and replacing with a glass jug in the room and water cooler at the end of the corridor

Everything was really ok and even beyond the expectations. My 8-year-old daughter got a welcome letter from Wroclaw gnome, natural apple juice, and a book. She liked the playground and breakfast which was full of choice. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that it was not possible to open the window to get some fresh air in the room.

I am glad to read that all your family enjoyed their time spent with us and our services met your expectations. Indeed there are no opening windows due to safety reasons and construction guidelines as well as the guidelines of the architect and conservator of monuments in year 2000. However, we try to make up for this with air conditioning and a separate ventilation system ensuring constant air circulation. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. I stay at this hotel every time I go to Wroclaw. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast and very comfortable rooms. This time around, the staff rocognised some stays where I had not added my points and therefore added them. I was very greatful.
