I stayed one night at the ibis from Saturday to Sunday. Bad experience. Not recommended. The hotel is not prepared to receive guests. It does not measure up to other Ibis in Mexico I have visited. Poor cleaning of the room, only one elevator of two working the entire stay. The towels didn't look clean at all and the worst was the shower. In addition to being minimal and having a deplorable jet, they do not have hot water, it could be said that it was less lukewarm and when I mentioned it at the reception they told me to "keep the hand wrench open until it warmed up" which I tried and then 25 minutes wasting water just came out a little warmer. A pity that the hotel is so neglected. I recommend that you check ONE which is one block away or the Holiday Inn or any other. I will not stay there again. I attach a photo of my reservation so that you believe me :)

I go stuck on elevator for 3 min nothing respond till finally got open then the service guy never told me they have this magnetic card reader on front off the door no emergency button i was frekout for min that was my biggest concern should tell guest if implemented diferent systems and normal operations.

If you are planning to stay there with your family, I'll suggest looking somewhere else. This is a good place to stay if you are on a business trip. They are pet friendly, but the fare to have your dog per day is quite expensive, but still an option. Regarding COVID and safety measures, they didn't take my temperature or asked me to clean my hands with alcohol.

My first stay in this hotel was very nice this time we stayed it was dirty the hallways were dirty they are not vacuuming the rooms were not as clean as they supposed to be and we are in the middle of a pandemic

No towels in the room and when I asked for some they only brought large ones they said the hands towels are no longer provide, no room service available for lunch even when they said at checking it was available. Breakfast was terrible cold dry and salty. My receipt took 30min for the front desk guy to print AND while trying to print it his mask was always under his nose no Covid protocols. Room didn’t feel clean enough

The room was fine, however it was missing soap and shampoo in the shower, there was no hand towels and there was no trash can in the room. TV screen very small as compared with other IBIS hotels in other countries.

I loved the decorations, breakfast, location but the shower was not okay for me, the position of the showers are so close to the wall so I had to be so close when I was showering. Except for that I loved this place. I also loved the Spotify playlist posted in the restaurant walls to be shared, that is cool.

Clean hotel, but placed far from alternatives of restaurants or other kind of commerce. This is serious because the restaurante is poor in options, specially when the restaurante is closed and you have very few oprions of snack. The breakfast is really lack of options

Reserved to use the room by two people, there was only one coffee cup instead of two, the TV remote control was not available, I called front desk who promised to sent it to the room but that never happened. The safety lock of the door did not work at all.

It is very frustrating to arrive at your door and not be able to open the door because the card don't work. i stay there from Sunday to Saturday and every day i need to return to the front desk to reset the cards to open the door/

Very well located if you go to the Feria Internacional del Libro Guadalajara in december, but also not far form the city icons, such as the Minerva, Chapultepec, Americas Ave., downtown and many many restaurants with tipical food.
