My first stay in this hotel was very nice this time we stayed it was dirty the hallways were dirty they are not vacuuming the rooms were not as clean as they supposed to be and we are in the middle of a pandemic

No towels in the room and when I asked for some they only brought large ones they said the hands towels are no longer provide, no room service available for lunch even when they said at checking it was available. Breakfast was terrible cold dry and salty. My receipt took 30min for the front desk guy to print AND while trying to print it his mask was always under his nose no Covid protocols. Room didn’t feel clean enough

I just went for a weekend didn’t spend much time in the hotel but that little time was almost OK. I just needed an extension that they didn’t have, other than that it was fine.

The room was fine, however it was missing soap and shampoo in the shower, there was no hand towels and there was no trash can in the room. TV screen very small as compared with other IBIS hotels in other countries.

I loved the decorations, breakfast, location but the shower was not okay for me, the position of the showers are so close to the wall so I had to be so close when I was showering. Except for that I loved this place. I also loved the Spotify playlist posted in the restaurant walls to be shared, that is cool.

Reception people have bad manners

At the check out I ask for the invoice, they say they will send to my email, but they don't have any email from me, so then I told the address, and say ok you can do your invoice at the portal, but then when I open the email the information doesn't have any "Folio". At the end I spend about 1 hour trying to explain that is very important the invoice and that they need to his job well.

Clean hotel, but placed far from alternatives of restaurants or other kind of commerce. This is serious because the restaurante is poor in options, specially when the restaurante is closed and you have very few oprions of snack. The breakfast is really lack of options

Reserved to use the room by two people, there was only one coffee cup instead of two, the TV remote control was not available, I called front desk who promised to sent it to the room but that never happened. The safety lock of the door did not work at all.

It is very frustrating to arrive at your door and not be able to open the door because the card don't work. i stay there from Sunday to Saturday and every day i need to return to the front desk to reset the cards to open the door/

Very well located if you go to the Feria Internacional del Libro Guadalajara in december, but also not far form the city icons, such as the Minerva, Chapultepec, Americas Ave., downtown and many many restaurants with tipical food.

I had a nice staying at the hotel, some problems with the reservation but beside that, everything was all right. The position is very good, close to the beautiful Plaza del Sol and close to buses that takes everywhere. The staff is very nice and helpful.
