I just went for a weekend didn’t spend much time in the hotel but that little time was almost OK. I just needed an extension that they didn’t have, other than that it was fine.

The room was fine, however it was missing soap and shampoo in the shower, there was no hand towels and there was no trash can in the room. TV screen very small as compared with other IBIS hotels in other countries.

I loved the decorations, breakfast, location but the shower was not okay for me, the position of the showers are so close to the wall so I had to be so close when I was showering. Except for that I loved this place. I also loved the Spotify playlist posted in the restaurant walls to be shared, that is cool.

At the check out I ask for the invoice, they say they will send to my email, but they don't have any email from me, so then I told the address, and say ok you can do your invoice at the portal, but then when I open the email the information doesn't have any "Folio". At the end I spend about 1 hour trying to explain that is very important the invoice and that they need to his job well.

The staff did not handle correctly my reservation and ended-up charging me more than was needed, blocking our keys twice and not giving us solution. Only Nayelli was able to help us solve the missinformation and overcharging by her collegues.

My room was always kept clean, I loved that! HOWEVER, the staff at the front desk was hardly helpful. They never answered the phone when needed. I tried calling before arriving to the hotel, no answer. I tried calling from my room, same issue. I had to go down to reception and talk to them. Their reply was “it’s because we are attending customers”... honestly it takes two seconds to pick up the phone and say “Ibis Hotel please hold”. Which honestly as a customer it’s a better experience than no answer at all. Thank you

Easy check-in and check-out process, friendly staff and clean facilities. Room had a weird smell which was the only negative aspect. Cable was not working consistently, one day may have been weather related but rest of days it should've been fine.
