Excellent place, very close to all attractions and a metro station. We were able to walk everywhere and the metro / buses made it easy to access far of places including the train station. Loved the breakfast spread. Everything was really fresh every morning.

- Had issues with the toilet flush. - Had issues with a clogged sink. Also, when I first booked the room, the system booked two rooms for 2 adults, a 10 years kid, a 3 month baby. Which was not necessary since a 3 months baby doesn't need a bed. Luckily, the staff was great and canceled one of the rooms.

Staff were very nice, location made it easy to walk around Porto. Breakfast was ok. Sorry did not enjoy the coffee at all it was a bit weak but I prefere stronger coffee. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Quite a few rough homeless sleepers outside the entrance made it feel a bit unsafe and uncomfortable arriving approx 9pm and when coming back in after an evening out. Also the music noise late in the evening of our Saturday night meant I ended up getting out of bed asking reception where the loud music was from as I struggled to sleep through it, the staff said it was a local bar and would ring them and ask for them to turn it down which they did and I managed to get to sleep. Overall the stay was good for the price paid, staff were very good.

I stayed at this Ibis hotel and found it to be standard for the brand. The room met expectations, and I appreciated the convenience of the 24/7 restaurant and breakfast served from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The staff I interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent—close to the center of Porto, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, one issue stood out: the presence of several homeless individuals sleeping near the main entrance. This caused an unpleasant smell during the night and created a sense of insecurity, especially for women. While I understand this situation is not the hotel’s fault, I believe they could take some steps to address or mitigate this issue. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement regarding the surroundings.
