Perfect Hotel

This was our 3rd stay in this hotel. We love it. It is close to the metro, bus stop, pharmacy, super market, and neighborhood bars, eateries, and gelato. Amenities are great - oversized bath towels, premium Nuxe bath products, in room fridge and Nespresso. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast option offers numerous and varied hot and cold items. This is our favorite hotel in Europe!

while the hotel rooms are a little "tired" they are clean and hospitable, for a hotel in Rome it is quiet which is great for a good night sleep. the breakfast buffet is well supplied with Italian delicacies and staff were very attentive.

Good stay but Jacuzzi was not working

Experience was good (friendly staff, nice location) but jacuzzi was not working. We paid extra to benefit from the Jacuzzi and it is extremely dessatisfying to not have the possibility to enjoy it, while no refund nor solution has been provided besides « it doesn’t work »

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and during our stay. However, some of the catering staff at breakfast were a bit miserable and very slow to replenish items, and the fresh fruit and hot food selection was rather limited. Labelling for the various croissants was lacking, so it was a bit pot luck as to the type of croissant one was selecting. Whilst the hotel is not that central, it was relatively easy to get into the centre of Rome by local bus or metro. Our room was supposedly a superior room, but it wasn't that spacious.
