The staff are polite and helpful, room has a kettle and a fridge with t bags and coffee but no milk, there's a couple of shops locally though that you can purchase this in. Breakfast is buffet style and they are more than happy to supply gluten free products if asked. Metro is five 5 mins away and the area us quiet. Bed is really comfy and lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and soap If I come back to Rome would visit this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mecure Piazza Bologna, it was easy enough to find from the Metro. We were early so dropped our bags and explored nearby. We arrived back a little earlier but our room was not ready so we waited for some time. There was the ability to have a coffee but not food, the café attendant was friendly. The reception team were professional. The area is more local with some great cafes, restaurants and bars, there was a small supermarket close by and lots of other shops.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Only stayed 2 nights but the room was cleaned after the first night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
