Le personnel a été à l’écoute et très bienveillant dans ses explications pour le parking, les restaurants aux alentours, musée etc. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et copieux. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Quelconque. Nous avions eu notre vol annuleet n'avions pas choisi cet hôtel. C'est ce qu'il restait de disponible. Air New Zealand à fait la réservation pour moi...

Le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas, aucun ne fonctionnait, ils doivent les changer. Il n’y avait pas de Menage fait, j’ai du réclamer 3 fois de venir nettoyer la chambre. L’hôtel est très bien situé.
