Excellent service at reception as soon as we arrived and enjoyed an early check in, our room was clean and tidy and again the staff were extremely helpful with valet parking. Will happily stay there again.

Expect for no Working Safe in the room to Secure my Medication and our Passports the Room was good. My problems about the non-working Safe was overcome with Manager's approval we were able to secure the Medicine &Passports in the Novotel Safe at Front Office and I was able to access my painkilling medication throughout the night The Lift to the Lower Street level was great it saved time and walking
