Excellent location. Friendly staff. We checked in about 4 hours early and they allowed us early access to our room. Only issue we had was the access from Lambton Quay to the lift was cut quite early and we were unaware. We used the neighbouring hotel's lift to gain access.

We stayed in the hotel with our two grandkids in interconnecting rooms. The rooms were spacious clean and had everything we required for our city stay. You can drop down into Lambton quay the main fashion street in the city. Close walking distance to the rest of the city harbour walkways and the fabulous museum. It’s a boutique type of hotel with a well served dining room and bar the food was delicious service was great. We would certainly stay again with hesitation. Thank you.
