We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Novotel London Bridge. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many top London Attractions and only 15min from Kings Cross Station. On arrival, Tim greeted us and got us checked into our room hassle free. We were early arriving at the hotel but Tim dealt with us very professionally, he’s a really nice , helpful guy and was able to answer all our questions, nothing was a problem for him. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and we had a fabulous view of The Shard. I would also like to thank Rasa, the lovely women who greeted us every morning with a big friendly smile and took us to our table for breakfast, seeing her was always a good start to our day The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of choice for everyone. Without a doubt on our next trip to London we will definitely stay at The Novotel London Bridge again.

Faulty iron

Plugged in iron and it tripped the fuse . It then took a while to fix and ages to sort a replacement iron. Took me me ages trying to find ironing board. Went to reception and was told it was under the bed as if I should know that . You need a sign near the iron telling you that . As a loyal member it’s not good enough.

Reception took provision from our credit card when we checked in. After the payment Reception did not release the provision so it blocks credit limit of our card. I wrote several emails, no answer. I called but again no answer. Still waiting for response one week after check out.

Staff were pleasant on check in. Breakfast was average, coffee was poor. On my second day , I got delayed on a work call & thought breakfast was served til 10.30, I arrived at 10.20 & staff weren’t helpful. My room wasn’t as clean as it should be.

Check in a bit haphazard as I arrived on a red eye and booked a room for the night prior to ensure early check in was available, but didn't let it ruin the experience. Was grateful to have a gym on site as well.
