I wish not to be published. I would like to mention one disappointment at the hotel restaurant. One menu item had no price written and others have prices in soles. When we asked the price, the servant told 55. Since everything is in soles, we assumed it was in soles and we ordered it. Later when we were leaving, we found out the price was not in soles but in USD. The waitress told us only 55 without the unit but they charged us different price in soles. No apologies were given. Whey no price listed on the menu? Other thing is that only one bath tower was provided on the last day. After we asked the front desk, the housekeeper brought it.

Well—appointed spacious clean room with a nice view and clean bathroom. Lovely staff. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Filtered water station. Nice restaurant and central courtyard. Pleasantly surprised.

Jorge Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the historic centre of Cusco, however the check-in experience was not very smooth. We arrived early so understandably they told us our room was not ready and to please come back in a few hours. When we came back at the time they told us to come, instead of telling us that the room was still not ready or giving us some other room, they said it’d only take a few minutes, we had to wait for more than 40 minutes, they hadn’t even started preparing our room at all.
