I was staying at Novotel because I was part of Ian Taylor Trekking. The staff are super friendly, especially the beautiful girl named Mayara. I shared with her my altitude sickness and she listened to me with caring and provided with something to ease my sickness. It felt very personal. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety. I will stay here again if I come back to Cusco.

This hotel is in a GREAT location and is super clean and comfortable. It was our favorite hotel on our recent trip to Peru. Most people don't have an extended stay in Cusco and this hotel was really great working with our plans that kept adjusting. The staff was competent and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The dining was fantastic, the atmosphere tranquil. I may never make it back to Cusco, but I can confidently say that if I do this is where I would stay.

Upon arrival late in the night the receptionist preferred to answer a phone call than hand over room keys of otherwise competed check-in. This has been especially unfortunate as departure was scheduled very early morning next day. Courtyard layout means that in the suite you will hear everything happening in the yard and at the reception. Would like to call out that Nely was very helpful in organizing a short notice private driver.
