Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. My room (202) was flooded during building cleaning because the hotel forgot to notify me to clear the window area. My expensive electronics were severely water-damaged. ​It’s been nearly two weeks since I filed a claim, and I haven't heard a single word from the manager. They are ignoring their liability under Australian Consumer Law. ​A hotel that doesn't care about its guests' property or even reply to urgent emails is not worth your money. Look elsewhere!

Room is extremely tired and dirty. Carpet and furnishings are worn and stained - see photos. Really poor value given very poor cleaning and maintenance.

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport and had all the basic necessities for a reasonably comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward, although we did have to wait a few minutes despite arriving at 3 PM, an hour after the 2 PM check-in time. A few areas could be improved: the shower gel and shampoo bottles were already half empty and ran out before the end of my 5-day stay, the toilet paper roll was nearly finished and had to be replaced after the first night, and the shower drainage was partially clogged, causing water to drain very slowly.

We had booked for October long weekend and a plan change saw us cancel and another plan change saw the need to rebook. First invoice was $500 and the second was $1000! $500 per night! Sheer greed and the service didn't come through for that amount. 5 star price for a 3 star hotel. Not good enough. SHEER GREED AND NEVER AGAIN. chocolates in the foyer don't compensate.
