Room is extremely tired and dirty. Carpet and furnishings are worn and stained - see photos. Really poor value given very poor cleaning and maintenance.

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport and had all the basic necessities for a reasonably comfortable stay. Check-in was straightforward, although we did have to wait a few minutes despite arriving at 3 PM, an hour after the 2 PM check-in time. A few areas could be improved: the shower gel and shampoo bottles were already half empty and ran out before the end of my 5-day stay, the toilet paper roll was nearly finished and had to be replaced after the first night, and the shower drainage was partially clogged, causing water to drain very slowly.

We had booked for October long weekend and a plan change saw us cancel and another plan change saw the need to rebook. First invoice was $500 and the second was $1000! $500 per night! Sheer greed and the service didn't come through for that amount. 5 star price for a 3 star hotel. Not good enough. SHEER GREED AND NEVER AGAIN. chocolates in the foyer don't compensate.

L'équipe du matin n'est pas la plus sympathique. Le breakfast se termine à 9h, et il est impossible de reprendre une tasse de café (ou de chocolat au lait) à 9h02. Refus catégorique d'une personne du staff et moqueries du staff, en prime. Très décevant. Les chambres sont également poussièreuses (notre chambre) et des amis à nous ont vu de gros insectes dans leur chambre. A l'inverse, le staff du soir est très professionnel.
