Ibis Budget Barking was fine - pretty much what you expect from a budget hotel. The water temperature runs hot and cold a lot and the breakfast was a very basic continental one but the place was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly.

great aircon, large room and bathroom...well located...Mehwish and others at reception great and attentive. Nearby Tesco and bus stops...quite and comfortable. Booking and checkin were seamless. Much better value than premier inn anf travelodge. Just that small kettles in rooms could be provided..

As the name of the hotel says its budget. The room is simple. The bed is decent and so is the bathroom. But there's not much space. Breakfast is good, but also budget, so no bacon or eggs. The breakfast area is crammed. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Barking is not a place to go for a stroll.

The room was overall clean and comfortable but the bathroom floor had weird stains and the room had an odd smell.
