My mum and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was very nice. The bed was comfy, and the breakfasts were excellent. We booked an accessible room, as I am a wheelchair user. The only problem was that there seemed to be a belief that wheelchair users are very tall! As I am not,I could not see into the bathroom mirror, and was also quite a way from the bathroom sink. In addition, it would be good if the height of the bed was adjustable, as this would make it easier to get in and out.

Hotel is close to the train and bus station which makes it convenient, however, it is 30 min walking distance to the Centrum. The room is spacious, well lit, clean and quiet with an air con that you can actually control. The staff are welcoming, cooperative and friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Good stay, reasonable location

Overall well matched my expectations from Novotel chain - fairly consistent with previous experience, quite comfy room and bed, hotel facilities probably somewhat below average (but didn't had much time or interest for them). It was nice that it was possible to check in a bit more early (around 12 or so) when having just arrived in Leuven. The location is "almost" good - on map looks quite close to the train station (and kind of is), but still almost 1 km of walk in a rather boring area and in direction that is kind of opposite from that to city centre :) That being said, the walking distances still quite manageable, probably not so many options that close to train station anyway, and price/value ration was quite good. Quite likely might consider staying here again (that is, provided there will be any need to visit Leuven again).

Room was great, good size and the shower was particularly good. Breakfast was ok. Staff attitude was a little lacking and non-availability of room service was an issue.

Room was good, employees very friendly. Music in restaurant a bit too loud for my taste. Dinner was not grilled enough; inside of the dish was cold an raw. However this was solved by the employee by offering a new plate. Which was fine. Had lunch the day after which was also cold. Will not eat in the hotel again. But will certainly come back to stay here.

Rooms are nice, location is great for my needs, the food in the restaurant is good. Issues - charged for 3 glasses of wine when I only had 1. Charged for 3 nights when I only stayed 2. Both were rectified, but the fact I was overcharged twice in 2 days is not great service.

It was a pleasure to visit the Novotel again so soon after the Christmas & New Year holiday I had there. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it had a team of people staying. As usual the service was upto expectations, friendly and welcoming.

One night stay in Leuven for a business trip. Hotel is not too far from the train station ( came by train). As a gold Accor member, I was very well welcome at the check in, which is nice. Hotel is confortable. Had dinner at the hotel, food is decent, beer was good. Staff is very friendly . I do recommend the hotel.
