Had a good experience in your hotel just to short

I have stayed 4 nights in the hotel, the location was for me not ideal, but accessibility was quite easy and nice. I didn't like the fact that there was no parking in the hotel available but luckily I could park just in the street in front of the hotel most of the times.

However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand your concerns about the parking availability and regret any inconvenience caused by the absence of on-site parking. Our hotel is located in a central area, and while it allows for street parking, we recognize the importance of clear communication regarding parking options. Furthermore, we deeply regret the impact of the external fire incident on the comfort of your room. Additionally, we apologize for the delays during check-in and check-out and any oversight in sending your bill via email. Rest assured, we are actively working to improve our reception efficiency and billing processes. Our stay was good, but rankly I'm confused. The clerk charged us 100euros "just in case anything from the bar is taken".... yet I still don't see that money reimbursed.
