Despite prior email confirmation that I will be able to early check in upon arrival the receptionist refused to check me in stating that there was no information in the system and hotel is fully booked. Also, no welcome drink or any sort of gold member benefit was provided.

Horrible location, all the rooms smelled of cigarettes, unhelpful staff. For the money I would expect a much higher standard.

Nevertheless, our team is always on hand to assist with any issues you may have. We can change your room if smell of smoke is present although our hotel is 100% non smoking. Good large very clean room, checkin very quick and checkout was fantastic, good choice at breakfast. Bar and evening meal were good, staff were helpful, I have nothing to complain about, perfect for an overnight stop.

The staff on night shift last November 11, 2021 was extremely helpful. The outside ambience of the hotel was not pleasant but your staff ensured our safety. Awesome work and team. I would like to commend all the team members from security and front desk.

Luggage storage service needs modernising (only 1 euro coin use). Very slow and ageing lift. Reception personnel just ok but could be a bit more snappy and professional.

bad service unprofessional dirty rooms

no shampoo in the bathrooms, toilet was leaking, waited over an hour to get someone to come up to our room, dirty rooms previous hair and stains in the bathroom, we called to have our room fixed for the bathroom issue and they gave us a new room where the bathroom was absolutely filthy. When we first switched over to the new room the key was not working therefore we had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come get us a new key. To make matters worse very early in the morning someone came inside our room and quickly left once they realized it was occupied. This is very concerning because my daughter and myself were in the room and someone could have came in in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. In the morning once we were checking out we went to the front desk to let them know of our bad experience and he said it’s weird that all this stuff happened to you sorry. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this place, it also smelled like cigarettes everywhere even on the floors where it said no smoking. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very well located, Next to South Railway Station, You can get to anywhere pretty fast Rooms are good as other ibis. Only point of little concern is Breakfast. Very limited Breakfast menu. Only Bakery Stuff, no prepared stuff, not even Boiled Eggs are available. ( only some Pain au Chocolat , Croissant and some bread). This is below average menu for any Business hotels.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were cigarette lighters in the bedding. When asked for a change was given 3 rooms that were not the room size we had paid for, premium. Had to return all three room keys. There was no water in the room as was mentioned in the booking confirmation on the Accor website. The breakfast was average, not even eggs. Fruit was not cut, how do you expect the guests to peel off the kiwi using a butter knife. Better keep something else. No eggs, omelette or even fresh juice. Some of it could be attributed to COVID but the breakfast was supposed to be better. There was no mention of how to dial the reception. We tried 0/9 and all other numbers. The guest cannot assume it is the number 11 that too you need to press asterix first (*). The one good thing was the birthday card, my son liked it very much. Top marks for effort there.

The room was better than expected - modern, clean, comfortable. The check in was disappointing - my room was not ready at 2pm when I arrived which was fine as it was before the formal check in time. Then the room wasn’t ready at 4 when I returned. Finally i checked in around 6pm. The location is convenient beside the train station and a short walk to the centre. However I felt the neighbourhood was not the safest.
