Unfortunately, the heating system in room 134 was not functioning in both of my stays on Feb 1st and Feb 5th. I was not able to get the warmth in the room by settingthe thermostat in the room. When I mentioned this problem to the front desk "our hotel is warm enough" was the response I got....

Good location with easy access to transport links (metro, train, tram, buses) to central Brussels, as well as nearby towns, e.g. Ghent, Bruges. Room was clean and serviced daily. Bar provided a welcome nightcap and occasional food. A water refill station is provided in reception, which I thought was a nice touch.
