Hot room, useless cooling option

The room itself was reasonable but way overpriced for what it was. I complained about the air conditioning and was told it's not air conditioning it's an air cooling system. Which basically means it's as much use as a fan is, and it quickly broke down and stopped working. Also, the Accor website lists a number of room amenities, one of which is an iron. However, it turns out that the rooms do not have irons, instead they have an ironing room. First this is false advertising, as it implies this is an in-room amenity, if it isn't it should be clearly stated. But £150 a night and they can't provide an iron in the rooms, I won't be coming back Premier inn is much better value for money.

Small room, comfortable stay

Stayed for 2 nights. The location is strategically close to the city center and walkable from the city bus and train stations. Food and nightlife are very accessible. Staff are also attentive. The room is a little small but comfortable. The two minor downsides are that there is no nearby self-laundry service and that there is no way to control air circulation in the rooms, so it can get stuffy unless you crack open the window.
