It was raining, you charge 320 GBP for a room and then also ask 2GBP for an umbrella. I leaf without in the rain and found it very "cheap"...

This is the 3rd time I am staying at Novotel although as a HiltonHonours member, I could stay at the Hilton across the road from Novotel Tower Bridge. I keep coming back here for my business trips because the staff is lovely and service is great. Rooms are clean and of course, the central location. The main thing is the bed. I sleep so well here :)

The experience was good overall, although we had a problem with the room that was resolved quickly by the staff. breakfast was varied and good quality, even dinner was good. the location is excellent: metro just around the corner, bus and tourist buses less than 100 meters away. the staff is the real jewel in the crown, that makes the difference. do not give 10 points as score only because as a 4 star hotel I expect attention to some details: for example, old and washed towels, sometimes stained; and shower with some spots ; little things that should be changed to make it really top.
