We paid over 200 quid for this place, which might be par for the course in London but I'm old fashioned and still actually expect something for my money. Main problem was the room. I've never seen such a stupidly impractical setup. The sink is IN THE ROOM - there is no separate bathroom. The toilet door has no soundproofing so anyone else in the room can hear exactly what you're up to. And the shower has a GLASS PANEL giving whoever's in the bedroom a front row view of you having a shower. Maybe I missed the bit that described this place as a swingers' hotel because I can't think of any other explanation. Other niggles were horrible sweaty POLYESTER bedding (200 quid a night remember!), no biscuits, and the bare minimum (in fact nowhere near enough) of tea and milk. Absolute rip-off. Avoid.

Pricey for what it offered but Good central location, staff pleasant and helpful.Breakfast and lunch options were good. Only criticism was Bar food/evening meal options limited and seemed expensive for what they were. 10% discount in bar simply cancelled out by the service charge!!

*Excellent location *poor service in the restaurant, lots of staff but nobody interested in taking order *didn’t eat our meals but server didn’t ask if there was anything wrong with meal and just took plates away *over priced for quality of food
