Love every part of our stay. Great breakfast! Beds are comfortable. Very close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, literally right next to it. We booked two rooms. The only problem we encountered was a slow shower drain for one of the rooms we book. Otherwise, no other issues. Very close to the Tube but a bit further away from Paddington station and some other attractions; but the reasonable room size and great accommodation with breakfast makes up for the minor inconvenience.

Greeted by a gentlemen's receptionist (Walter ?) and he upgraded the room, the breakfast was awesome and the room too, I would be recommended to my colleagues and my friends to stay in this hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money considering several rivals around the same areas.We extended our stay by an additional 5 days. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.Good management.
