Air cooler was not working and room was on high street by traffic lights so unable to open window all night. Corridors were dirty and grim. Reception staff were welcoming, helpful and professional

Room 119 has a window but can not be opened because there is an unopenable window in front of it. AC blows only warm no matter what you set on the thermostat. It both means there is 0 ventillation in the room. When you flush the toilet is has a sound like... it wanna explode. The water pressure is just enough. The breakfast is horrible too. The sausage and beans must be canned - low cost canned. The only good thing is the location. For about £140 per night... shame on you ibis. Never again this property.

Well located, clean, lovely staff, rubbish beds

I stopped at the Ibis for a conference I was attending locality for work, I found the hotel to be clean, well located and the staff were lovely, the room itself was clean and well laid out, but the bed was unbelievable... sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable and probably softer! it was the only downside to the stay.

I found this hotel very pleasant, and convenient. It is modern and well organised. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast and reception areas are nicely laid out. The breakfast was even better than the usual high standard I have previously experiences at Ibis. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I use Accor on a regular basis, over 40 nights in the previous 5/6 months. This being throughout the Uk. I am currently in your Stratford outlet, for the past two weeks, working. However due to your pricing structure Ibis have priced themselves way above my nightly budget. (I’m self employed). I now need to find something a little more in my overnight price range of £100/£125 per night. I consider myself to be a valued client to Accor, you don’t see it like that. Make a quick buck with Our Majesty’s Jubilee, prices raised up to 40%. When all this back slapping and group hugging is all over, you will readjust your prices accordingly, and I will return. It’s the likes of myself your bread and butter that maintains your cash flow. We are ignored in your pursuit of fast profits. Very disappointing. I know it doesn’t bother you and why should it. Spending £20000 a year on rooms is a mere drop I. The ocean to you. I just think consideration wouldn’t go amiss.

You may be aware the price increase in energy, staff wages, Linen & laundry costs etc. Also, after the pandemic there is huge demand in the area with many big events announced and the prices will be according to the demand. I can assure you that we still remain very competitive in the Stratford market and selling lower than many other hotels in the area. Being our member you also get 10% discount on public rate with added benefits like free drink and late check out etc. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Double room was more spacious than expected, comfortable bed! Smart tv was great. Location was great. However inconvenient not having a fridge in the bedroom and really poor quality soap and shampoo provided

The room backed onto a 24hour delivery yard. Being a warm evening the window was open resulting in one of the poorest nights sleep. Room was tired and dirty.
