Good overall but was too hot, the ac was old and didn’t work properly. We asked for a fan and the reception gave us a small desk fan which did not work. When we told the reception it did not work they said that housekeeping will give us another one but they never came.

Everything was fine except the door which was very hard to open. The card "opened" the door (green light) but it was almost impossible to really open the door by the door handle.

Centre location and decent breakfast. But! Nearly useless AC which made crazy noises, one room was changed straight away,changed the other one at 3am as it was impossible to sleep (and ear plugs were not available). Some light fixtures were broken in the twin room- realistically it was a safety hazard. Definitely won’t be staying next time

Location is great, the staff are great, rooms are tidy and it is within walking distance from the moat popular places in the city centre. You have a big tram hub nearby too - it will take you to most parts of Lodz if you want to.
