The Room was okay but the whole experience was spoiled because AC was not working. We had to open the window and it was very noisy outside so we couldn't sleep properly.

The hotel was well connected via tram to the centre of Bordeaux. The room itself was well-proportioned, bright and clean. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideally situated, this Ibis hotel is perfect for our needs when we visit Bordeaux centre. Always kindly staff & the room is always clean & comfortable. Thank you to everyone concerned.

Clean room, value breakfast, helpful staff, easy parking, restaurants and tram nearby. Downside was noise could be heard IE talking and dragging of furniture until 2am and pillows were very thin.
