Whether it was the way the bed was made or not, it was far too soft for my liking. Because it was so soft, I couldn't sleep and for some reason I felt I was going to roll out all night. My partner fell out of bed 3 times. Also. Someone had preset the alarm in the bedroom and it went off at midnight.

We stay every year and the hotel is beautiful, staff are amazing and facilities are great. The only let down this year was that we got room service and the quality of the food wasn’t that great, I’m sure it’s been better in previous years so not sure if something changed. Won’t change our decision to stay again but it is so handy for families so hopefully it improves again..
