The mattress of both the beds were dirty, they had stains which was really uncomfortable to see. Additionally, there were people shouting next door until late at night and relatively early in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The only downside was it was far too hot in the rooms, I slept with the window open as it was stifling and I could figure out the air con. Also a kettle in the room would have been welcomed. I know there is a coffee machine in reception but I didn't want to keep going up and down just to get a drink. All in all a great hotel and would stay again. Reception staff were very helpful.

Everything was fine except for breakfast - that was a bit of a disappointment considering the good reviews I saw on Booking.com: I expected a bigger selection of everything, especially meet, cheese and bread. The scrambled eggs were cold, coffee machine took forever to make an espresso. But overall fine, we did not leave hungry :-)
