It was okay. The room was spacious but the bathroom is extremely small. There is no lotion and hair conditioner, which is a bummer. The cleaning services are not great, my bed was made very poorly every day, I expected more. Coffee quality in the room is terrible. The breakfast was delicous, but I had a salad for dinner, where the chicken had some bones in it, and the meat itself was stringy. There are not many options in Szeged in this price range thus my regular choice of Novotel.

There is no enough people working on site when the hotel is full booked. Also, there isn't enough parking spaces in garage and in front of the hotel and the receptionists didn't give us any advice where to park.

Hotels can sometimes be hit and miss. The Novotel was a great place to stay. Easy to walk to the centre and by the river. Comfortable, modern and clean room. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a really nice time and enjoyed ourselves! We have a complaint about the charged parking in front of the hotel—it’s a service that shouldn’t be paid for since I didn’t use the garage. The staff was friendly, but the male receptionist was rude.
