The staff is nice. Rooms are comfortable but they look old. Dinner at the restaurant was poor. We found some residues in the wine glass and as a courtesy the staff offered the drinks for free.

Spend a nice time with my family there and staff was really nice.

Nice hotel in a nice city. The junior suite is suitable for a family for a few days. The personnel is kind and professional. The breakfast has some bottlenecks, otherwise it is really excellent. The heating system is absolutely inadequate. The air condition can be set to heating, but the exhaust being on the top of the room, the air on the top is hot, on the bottom it is cold. It is noisy even at the lowest fan speed and it throws dust int the eyes. It was a mild winter (minus 2 degrees), I cannot imagine how it operates at minus 15, which can occur.

The rooms were clean and extremely well equipped, warm and spacious. The breakfast was tasty, and there was a wide variety of food available. The smell in the lobby was LOVELY, this is the best smelling hotel I've ever stayed in. The only complaint I have is that there is no way to reserve a parking spot in the garage, so we had to park out in the cold, which is really bad in my book since I take good care of my car.

The restaurant was cold on the last morning.The bread was a bit dry. It wasn't any map or what to visit little brossoure available.

Large room, good food, nice staff, good parking place, but the program for New Year's Eve was very, very poor, at 12 o'clock less than 10 people in the Restaurant, apart of everything I met in the last five years in Hungary. No dance, no dance music. There was no party! Also a good thing the tickets included for the baths.

Good location and goodfood. However room is small, some parts not well maintained. Poor water pressure even on 2nd floor. Wellness facility is way too small, not enough benches to relax.

Novotel Szeged meets your expectations with a minus to the restaurant because there are no many variants for the lunch and dinner if you are accompanied by your small children. Welcome drinks ok. Breakfast ok. Not enough tables to seat on breakfast if the hotel is full.

They are great rooms and the staff is very friendly and also very helpful. I have now recovered here for the time and I will come back again. Of course the offer in the restaurant was limited, but it was also Christmas and there was only buffet and no other dining options.
