The hotel is in general ok. Very near to the Servia border. But the availability of parking places is a big disaster , had to park my car outside the hotel and had to carry my luggage to the hotel, with 2 baby children so I was not happy at all. And the breakfast what prepared consist a lot of pork, i would accept that big holding company as ALL.com. I would think that hotel would say most of my visitors are from Muslim origin and they don't eat pork, that they take this into account. And the lady of the receptions that evening was more with playing with her phone and smoking a cigarette then helping out the customers with their check-in on smoothly way and on a quick way. Our check-in almost take 30 minutes, and you can imagine with travel of 1600 Kilometers from Netherlands and with 2 little children I was not amused at all. And I know that Novotel can perform much better than this. Thank you, Kind regards, Hakan A.
