My wife and I stayed recently for our anniversary and the staff were great organising extras in our room to celebrate. The lady on the front desk (did not get her name but she was on shift at 1pm on Sat 6th) was extremely helpful and organised everything for us. We also had afternoon tea and that was very enjoyable and again the person who served us was friendly so overall I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, nice, comparatively spacious room. We really liked the possibility to open the window (a little bit). We shall be back. We did not use the breakfast option (we prefer a coffee and a croissant).
