Stayed for 1 night. The room was cosy and clean, adequate for 2 people. In room toiletries smelt lovely, hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Hair Dryer. Good lighting in the room. Fridge, TV. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, buffet style, hot and cold selection, fruits, cereal, ham/cheese etc. Breads, pastries. Music selection was just what I like.

I very much enjoyed my 6-day stay at Mercure London Bridge. I felt that, for the price, the hotel gave me good value and a good location. The room was very comfortable and perfect for my needs, and staff were very attentive to anything I needed. Proximity to London Bridge Station and Southwark tube station was also great for travelling within London or further afield. I will certainly be looking at this hotel when I next visit London.

I needed a short notice place to stay and this hotel were not only accomodating, the staff went out of their way to assist and support me. They were kind, courteous and understanding which was exactly what I needed. On top of that the facilities were warm and comfortable and the food excellent.

Good Location, Room could be Better

Received a warm welcome from the lady on reception, so check in was good. When I got to the room it was quite warm so I set the A/C to 16C. The chair in the room was marked quite badly. When I returned later that evening the room was still warm. I left the A/C on that setting all night and it did not get any colder. The shower had rainfall head and a flexible hose. The rainfall was was not very good as the jets needed cleaning, however the house was great.
