Room was nice and clean.came on coach trip with caledonian.check in a night mare and meal time unorganized.extortionate bar prices almost £9 for a glass of wine.breakfast lovely and better planned.dont think they should cater for coaches

However,We have informed Tour Operator about dinner organization, splitting the group into two slots and times of those slots and they have agreed to those arrangements. We try to always be as clear and transparent as possible so no sides have any negative surprises. We have now emailed organizer to check whether communication between themselves and guests have failed and how this can be avoided so everyone is satisfied with their stay. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy about food served during your group's dinner. Unless some group has specific food expectations, we do offer our standard choices for almost every group and this is the first time we have received negative comment about standard of the food. Terrible organisation

Rooms very good but zero organisation. Came on a coach tour with Caledonian told evening meal at 7.30 pm no seats, are we supposed to sit on the floor. Why accept bus trips if you cannot cater for them. Food cold and like slop. Took a plate up to room and ate there.

Stayed here 3 years ago which was a positive experience so came back. Lovely clean hotel with really nice staff and a very comfy bed. But the room temperature controls did not work, the mirror is disintergrating, the door bracket is going rusty and the shower doors dont close properly - room 28. Arrived late at night, nice welcome from bloke on reception. Door key did not work immediately so he happily sorted it out. Be aware that wine is an outrageous £9 a glass! They were out of stock of most alcohol at the bar. At breakfast not gluten free bread, no vegetarian sausages and no cheese, due to being out of stock too. Need to sort out supply issues urgently. Bit dispointed no one was on reception when I left. However, I would happily return but bring my own booze - ouch!

Amende pour stationnement sur parking difficile à récupérer

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 jours autour Noël avec supplément parking pour la voiture en location. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel rien a signaler, tout c'est bien passé. A notre retour en France nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir été prélevée par la société de location de voiture de 35 £ + frais de gestion / jour, (total > 250 €) pour des amendes émises par la société gestionnaire du parking Ibis pour le stationnement que nous avions réservé et payé... Celà fait bientôt plus de 3 mois que cette histoire c'est passée et si l'hôtel a bien voulu entendre notre problème, nous n'avons toujours pas récupéré le montant injustement prélevé.
