I stayed with my family this weekend was a nice stay, the view back side towards the garden was lovely, housekeeping was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and reception team help us with any information. Thank you loverly stay we will be back soon.

Booked a twin room weeks previous with a dog (dog friendly). No confirmation the dog was booked despite 2 emails. Therefore had to make a phone call the night before to gain confirmation. When we arrived reception asked if we would like a double room as they didn't have many twins (needed a twin). When we got in the ground floor room there was a soaking patch on the carpet my dog was licking. Went back to reception and I was told it would only be water. The only other available and suitable room was a family room on the second floor. At 85 years was not suitable for my dad. The only solution was to put towels on top which in no time soaked through. I'm guessing a leak from the toilet and believe they knew. Very run down accommodation and never did they offer me a discount for what we had to put up with. We ate in there dining room and the food was mediocre and just microwaved. If that's their quality of accommodation I will not stay there again.

Run down, 1970s butlins chalet vibes, avoid!

Not what you expect from a big hotel chain, the whole place is extremely run down and has 1970s holiday chalet vibes. The carpet in the room was filthy, there was a random plastic glove on the floor next to the bathroom and the grout in the shower was disgusting. I stayed on the ground floor and the underside of the balcony above has huge strip lights which are directly in front of each rooms windows meaning it's almost impossible to block the light out to sleep. The door didn't seal properly and the room only had a small electric radiator, ok in summer but I'd hate to stay in winter time. Outside had random washing lines strung up with rotted wooden doors left open, looked so tatty Staff were helpful enough I knew as soon as I arrived I wouldn't be eating there so can't comment on the food. Definitely avoid!

Hotel un po’ lontano e sperduto, ma se si ha una macchina o anche con L’Uber è facile arrivare in centro in 10 min. Vandana una ragazza sempre disponibile per la qualsiasi cosa e gentilissima, molto professionale.
