The hotel is exactly what I expected. A clean room a good bed and plenty of well lit parking space. The men working behind reception on Tuesday and Saturday morning was friendly and even though it was very busy Saturday morning there was enough breakfast and fresh items were added when needed.

We normally stay at the Ibis in Frechen but was full so tried the Ibis budget expecting it to be adequate for our yearly visit to the Christmas Markets in Kõln. I can honestly say we were so happy that we will make this our regular hotel. Great welcome on arrival. The other half of our party arrived much later than we did but was able to pass their room details and entry key numbers to them that was very helpful. Very clean and tidy rooms with a comfy bed and plenty of space. The shower was awesome! Can't rate breakfast as we didn't have it there but from what I saw looked perfectly amicable.

room was ready as promised when I left the Autobahn and arrived right at beginning of check-in at 1400 h. My dog settled right in as I went to town by public transport for my meetings and a few beers. later had a good night‘s sleep in quiet surroundings. Breakfast was ready the next morning after I took the dog for his walk to the fields a couple of hundred meters away

given the price, location , breakfast and really nice staff it was a perfect stay for a budget tour. Wish we had a hotel like this when we were young and travelling with our little kids...

I reserved a room for three. Nothing different from what offered BUT, pillows for two, towels for two, air conditioning not working very well and of course, nobody was ar the front desk at the time I arrived so I had to wait till the next day. If you can lie with that, is a nice stay for the price. Breakfast is subpar, so I recommend you go to a bakery instead and you will get more for the same money.

not easy to find - contrary to website - from main autobahns. IBIS needs to be higher sign + better directions. Marsdorf isn't on the map!

Order for 3 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 10. Order 2 rooms one whit bunk bed. In the room whit bunk bed there was no pillow or anything for the kid so ended upp sleeping whitout anything myself. Told the resepsjon the next morning and they say sence kids sleep free they dont get any thing except a empty bed.

Easy check in on line rooms are small functional for a family of three and accept pets, hoel had free parking and was easily accessible from the motorway. The only issue was I could not put that I was travelling with pets on the booking system.
