We stayed four days due to car trouble. I was impressed by the atmosphere of solidarity in the Hotel. It is more than just a cheap plays to stay. There are quite some regular visitors for who this is a refuge. Workers that stay for the week. The staff lives up to this task and is welcoming. Rooms are clean.

The place is cheap but that's the only positive about this place. The rooms are under-maintained, hairs on the bed. Shared bathrooms are disgusting. Filthy. People screaming in hallway in the middle of the night. Front staff reception was friendly. We needed a place to stay the night and it was cheap but would never stay again.

Well located, but hotel interior is looking a bit tired

Apesar das críticas que tinha lido, os quartos, sanitários e duches estavam limpos e a roupa de cama também. Apesar da barreira linguística, o rececionista foi atencioso. Adequado para o preço. Não se pode esperar luxo pelo que se paga.

It was a horrible experience. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in all my life. I want my money back. The door of my room didn't work; I couldn't open it. The bathroom was a comunity bathroom; it was dirty, with urine in the toilet and on the floor. It was not the toilet of a normal hotel; it was that kind of toilet that didn't have a place to sit. The shower room was also collective, and it was dirty. The bed sheets had holes. The room temperature was too high. My daughter didn't want to sleep there, but we had only 5 hours to sleep. I didn't have time to find another hotel. It was a nightmare; it was horrible. I can't believe that this hotel has the approval to accommodate guests and I can't believe that it is an Accor hotel.
