I booked through the ALL.com site and payed the slightly hight price to get a bathroom. However, arrived to find I couldn;t get in to the hotal as the booking code didn't work on the front door then was given a shabby 'recently refurbished' room with no bathroom. Asked at the desk and was told 'if i had one you would have had it'. The nearest toilet was down a corridor and seemed out of use, the next further away. As a single female travelling alone I felt very vulnerable. All I wanted was a bed for 6 hours, a shower and a safe space. The deadlock on the door was loose and the towel (I payed extra for) was dirty and not a micro-fibre. I didn't use it and couldn't face going to find the shower. The sheets were dirty and had hairs on them. It was awful and I was glad to leave. If All.com can be bothered to be in touch I have photos of the bed/towel.Grim

Arrived late at night and had booked two rooms for myself husband and two young kids. Arrived fl find some dodgy males in the doorway of the hotel propping the door open with chairs and people coming and going. It was already midnight so we thought we would risk it and stay but had to leave after 2 hours after realising our rooms were infested with bed bugs!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

This F1 needs work. Faded and one of the few toilets with a floor covered in DRIED vomit, no paper, and another no light bulb. Small things like cleanliness make a big difference. I like the concept, but this one was very poor value…

The room was very unhygienic. It had bed bugs on the floor, flies, and the bed sheet was dirty the entire room is just unhealthy for people to sleep in. I requested the receptionist take a night's fee and refund the rest of my money but he was so rude. Hence, I had to leave the place and rebook an entire different apartment for the night and my stay in france. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Dint waste your money!!!!

The breakfast we paid for, was bread, butter, jam, fruit juice and coffee. No bowls available for cereal. Previous stays offered yoghurt, croissant and cheese.
