Overall poor experience run down hotel

Mitchell Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Poorly maintained room with signs of deterioration all over. Bathroom had a dirty and rundown aspect. Door with signs of humidity was ballooning. All of this for $250 a night. It seems like ibis/accor built new hotels and cannot maintain them correctly. For the good of the company I suggest that hotels get inspected and findings reviewed by customer experience groups.

The room smelled like sewage

When I arrived at the hotel "Vero" they didn't want to respect the amount that it said in my reservation in pesos, which they did in my reservation at Ibis in Buenos Aires. The room smelled of sewage very strong. At breakfast, everyone was very attentive.
