Had a lovely visit at the hotel for my solo trip. The manager helped me with my itinerary at the local places. The bed was really comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep especially with Al the traveling I had. I'm very happy with the stay. Excellent place. You get more than you pay for.

I had been to this hotel with my husband on our recent trip to Coventry. I am amazed with the hospitality and the amenities especially for the price I paid. The room had a great view and the the housekeeping kept everything neat and clean. A great place for solo female travelers too. Thanks!

This is one of the best value for money stays I have been to. The room was cozy and the bed was really comfortable. My wife is particular about the toilets being clean and we were very happy with the high cleanliness standards. The breakfast was decent and the staff was helpful to accommodate our requests. Overall I'm really satisfied with their services and behavior. I'd definitely recommend this place if you are in Coventry looking for a place to stay.

Very good stay, staff was very helpful. I had some issues with my toilet flush but it has been fixed immediately. I’ll will definitely come back soon, And recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet place to stopover

Upon arrival in our room the door was poorly fitted and you could see daylight through it. There was black mildew behind the door inside the room. There were a number of bad stains on the carpet. The wires of the lights above the bed were dusty. The headboard had a white mark on it. The beds dipped in the middle. The grouting in the shower at floor level was badly stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly over the toilet pan. When we arrived for breakfast at 8:30 am there was one piece of hard burnt cold bacon, no fried or scrambled eggs, no mushrooms and we were told we'd have to wait 40 minutes for them to be cooked. There was one fork in the cutlery pot. There were only two glasses for juice available, and two plates. By the time the bacon, deep fried, hard and greasy arrived, along with the scrambled eggs, my unpleasant tasting sausage and baked beans were cold. The walk across the carpark to reception/restaurant for booking in/out and for breakfast in the snow and ice was treacherous. And strangely, there was a hair band/tie wrapped round the door handle of our room on the outside? Due to the bad service at breakfast, lack of hygiene in our room and road noise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially at £103 for one night.
