I was only for one day in this Hotel. My stay was perfect. I did a room service, and i received a lovely Customer Service from Kiran when he brings me the food. Everything was very tasty and good! There are a lot of good choices in the room service menu.

Really lovely hotel, clean shared spaces and good sized bedrooms with Rituals shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Great dining offerings in bar and restaurant. Rakesh and Kal in the bar could not have been more charming and helpful. Food was great, as was the ambience and set up. Fabulous start to the holiday!

I was served by Dilhan and had an amazing experience. Besides the food that speaks for itself the whole experience was enhance with his nice and approachable service. Well done! The restaurant is an excellent option if you are at BHX airport and need to have a nice lunch or dinner.

excellent service at the bar area by Rakesh, great he remembers me every time i come in , rooms always clean and so close to the airport and the valet parking gutted when i have to use another hotel , a pleasure every time , cannot recommend it enough
