Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport is located within walking distance of the airport terminals, the NEC and the LG arena. Short, 2 minutes walk from the Airport will ensure you will never miss a flight. The hotel has 120 modern guest rooms, each with an en-suite shower, air cooling and a flat screen TV. All are 100 present non-smoking. Please note that the hotel does not have its own car park. We suggest booking parking online with NCP directly.

Good room, service kind staff. Food was good. Ms. Zahra really has a nice welcoming personality. Was very helpful. The staff took time to help me find my location & answered any questions I had. The beds were pretty solid.

Stayed her whilst attending a conference at the NEC there is a NCP car park opposite the hotel which you get discount for when staying at the hotel, you can use the monorail from the airport to take you to train station and NEC which is free and only a couple of minutes but the NEC is a massive centre and still a lot of walking involved to get to the heart of the exhibition centre, as the hotel says on the tin the rooms are very basic but very clean, plastic shower cubicle, and the sink is in your room but the shower pressure was very good and the water hot ! Buffet style breakfast hot and cold all food was presented lovely and looked fresh and replenished regularly, it’s a large and very busy hotel, tended to be long queues at the bar for drinks of an evening and the bar food was reasonably priced but basic, Dorin the waiter was a Star working very hard to serve a lot of tables, hotel seemed short staffed in the restaurant and bar especially for its location as I imagine it is always busy ! Bar open 24 hours !!

Having to chase

Not very good service throughout and I am still waiting for my invoice to be emailed. Tried calling them but cannot get through. They answer if I want to book a room but then say they have to transfer me and then the line goes dead.
