Great service from everyone special thanks to Veer at the bar 🍸 Polite, accommodating, friendly service. Clean and tidy hotel great reception, can't fault anything at all, great Starr to our holiday thank you all. If you scan the bar code at reception you get a free drink on arrival, make sure you show you email confirmation back to the reception for your voucher, this is per person so each email required. Enjoy!

The room was clean, the hotel restaurant was doing a roaring trade and coping well. Unfortunately very limited vegetarian options indeed. Ended up getting the train to Birmingham New street station and eating there. Very quick and easy if vegetarian looking for greater choice. Parked in CP3 located next to hotel. East to walk to and from hotel. Would I stay there again? No. Would I recommend it to others? No. And it's a hard NO. The hotel was nice the staff were hospitable but the proximity to the car parks with the constant (and I mean constant!) horns being honked by irate drivers stuck in the car park (possibly CP1) was unbearable. This is not a new phenomenon and I should have listened to the reviewers who made similar complaints. The hotel is great, just poorly located close to idiots. Go somewhere the other side of the airport and stay in a hotel there instead. As an aside - the airport car parks if prebooked are single exit only, so if we had stayed elsewhere and just used the airport car parks on the morning if departure, we would've been able to just drive to find a more varied restaurant menu.

Restaurant is lovely, incredibly fast service and excellent food. Brilliant considering everyone is booking for airport convenience. Harman was a fantastic and very attentive server, thank you! Would highly recommend for anyone considering a visit to get food while staying.

A great hotel for an overnight stay. Modern, clean and bright. Our room was designed well, sockets by a mirror (yay!), temperature fine, large shower, TV and everything we needed. Dinner was great, large portions and good beers. The only irritation was that our room was by the car park barrier and we had taxi drivers honking when cars didn't go through the barrier within half a second. Not the hotels fault but the ridiculous tariff set by the airport.

Harman in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant. He looked after us very well making us feel very relaxed. His manner is just right. Service was excellent not rushed, not slow. A lovely young man. As an aside the food was excellent as was the wine and all in all a very good price.
