Ibis Styles. Lovely rooms......beautiful showers. Would definately book again. Good value for money. Comfortable beds and total relaxation . Staff are very accomodating and nothing is to much trouble. What more can I say.....book your airport stay here you will wake refreshed and ready for your onward journey.

A decent value for money hotel close to the airport terminal. We arrived in the dark and we did have a bit of difficulty locating the hotel as signage wasn’t very obvious but a member of airport staff pointed us in the right direction. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a decent size but a small bathroom which felt like it belonged in a caravan. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We used the restaurant when we arrived and although it was busy we didn’t have to wait long and the pizza was delicious. Quick self check out which was good at 5am. Overall it was value for money in a good location and would use again.

Very busy in restaurant when we arrived. Check in smooth and up to our room. Room clean and adequate. TV remote was missing. Spoke to reception once by phone and twice in person. Still not replaced! Restaurant menu ok but thought rather expensive, took about 40 minutes to receive food after ordering. Drinks prices more than airport departure outlets!

No close parking was told I would get disconnected parking which would not work in the only car park that had spaces. Ordered dinner which came out in under 2 minutes and the burger could have bounced on the floor it was so rubbery! And this is an ibis hotel!

Set in the grounds of Birmingham Airport, it's located 5 minutes walk away from the departure lounge. The room was very spacious and generally comfortable, though feather pillows would improve it even further as the polyester ones can make you feel too warm. The restaurant area offers a good range of typical meals at affordable prices and there is plenty of space to sit. Overall, the stay was comfortable and worth the price.
